When will you take my payment?
We will request payment on your agreed due date. Your bank usually processes payments on the same day. You’ll receive a reminder before we request it and confirmation once the payment is successful.
What if there isn’t enough money in my account?
If your bank declines the payment, we’ll try again once per day for up to 3 days (we stop after a successful payment). We don’t charge a fee for retries and confirmation once the payment is successful.
