Please do not cancel any Direct Debits or standing orders with your lenders.
If your application is successful, we will notify you of the debts we are settling. Once your existing debts have been settled you should receive confirmation from your existing lenders.
If you have made a payment during the process which wasnt included in your settlement figure, your existing lender will be responsible for refunding the overpayment back to you.
